Denise Watson has practiced law in northeast Florida since 1979. She began her career working as a prosecutor under State Attorney Ed Austin. She quickly moved up the ranks, ultimately becoming a homicide and sex crimes prosecutor, the most difficult cases to prosecute.
John M. “Jay” Henderlite, III is a Jacksonville transplant who moved here in 2010 following his graduation from Wake Forest School of Law. He began his legal career as an Assistant Public Defender in St. Augustine, where he regularly tried criminal cases, gaining valuable experience.
Courtney Gilbreath is a Jacksonville native. She graduated from Bishop Kenny High School and attended the University of Florida and the University of North Florida, earning a Bachelors degree in Psychology. She joined the firm in 2008, after working in early childhood education and the financial sector for a number of years.
Josh Waller has been with Denise since 2002 when he joined the firm as a receptionist. He has been with her ever since, only leaving for a time in 2004 to join Royal Flush, the resident acapella group on the Queen Mary II, shortly after its maiden voyage.
